Passport Support

This service provides support to people who receive funding from the Passport program. The Passport program helps people to live connected and meaningful lives in their community by providing annual funding (minimum $5,500 per year) that can be spent on eligible things like activities, devices, services, and support. The program works by re-paying people for eligible expenses and purchases made each year (April 1 – March 31). It’s important to note that Passport funding is not a lump sum transfer (meaning, you don’t automatically get it all at once) and remaining funds do not carry over (meaning, if you don’t use it, you lose it). Because there are several guidelines and rules that must be followed when using the funding, most choose to have an agency help manage it.

That’s where we come in!
