We support job seekers to find (and keep) meaningful, paid work that’s suitable to people’s abilities, interests, and skills. LINC can support eligible job seekers throughout every step of the employment process, including:

Planning

• Exploring interests
• Setting goals

Skill Development

• Resume building,
• Exploring and signing up for relevant courses/training

Placement

• Making connections
• Completing applications
• Interview coaching

Retention

• Building relationships with co-workers
• Ongoing communication with employer
• Conflict resolution

To be eligible to receive these supports, one must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Live in the Parry Sound district and be legally allowed to work in Canada
